Default is there anyone can show me example of employer reference letter for Chef for TRA?

Hi, i will submit documents to TRA soon and i have to
"Attach Statements from employers verifying employment claims and
detailing tasks undertaken, items made and the types (not brand names)
of mahines, equipment and tools used."

is it employee reference letter? how it should be anyway? i worked as
Chef so is there any Chef got this kind of document, could then please
send me as an example? it would be great. thank you very much.
