Hi @peterlouiequiamco, sorry mate the activity comments became truncated / too short to read properly via mobile (note to self to fix this) so I thought I would post here. ?

Accountancy jobs are sometimes offered (eg. This recently filled one: https://gettingdownunder.com/job/casual-accountant-457-rsms-tss-482-visa-available/ ) however they are far and few between at the moment.

Have you considered the skilled independent path. Accountancy is available as an occupation you could apply under without having a company sponsor you (though you will need a pretty good points score as the competition is high in this space. (Minimum 80 points at time of typing)

See here for more:  https://gettingdownunder.com/january-2019-australia-visa-invitation-rounds/

Cheers

Hi, Mark. Good day. How are you? It's been a while. I'd like to know where I can submit my documents or whatsoever for assessment or point scoring?

Thanks and god bless.

Hi Peter. Good to hear from you.

There are three recognised assessing authorities for accountants looking to migrate to Australia.

The Institute of Public Accountants. (IPA) : https://www.publicaccountants.org.au

Certified Practising Accountant Australia (CPA) : https://www.cpaaustralia.com.au

And

Chartered Accountants Australia (CAA) : https://www.charteredaccountantsanz.com

As a designated assessing authoriy each of these organisations can provide skills assessment services for the Department of Home Affairs to determine if you meet the educational standards.

More information regarding the process, fees and paperwork requirements is available on each of the respective websites.

Please let me know if you get stuck or need further information with regards to your question.

All the best

Mark
