Good Morning to you and Thank you for your Reply

Yes you got me Right i have a varied Experience all through my career and it gives me immense Knowledge in the sectors and job roles i worked with at the same time it is also a negative that i would be seen as a jack of all

My Education is more of the Trade Technical side - ITI - FITTER and Apprenticeship and my Job experience is complete different from my qualification

I would prefer to make my primary Occupation in Purchase and Procurement Domain of which i have  almost 3 yrs of Experience.

Though i also have a Sales and New Business Development experience for almost 6 yrs Including my current job role which is also in fund Raising

I want your Help or suggestion /Assistance on how i can increase my chances of a sponsorship

Good Day

Thanks, for your response Deepak. The purpose of my question was to ascertain how specialised your background is.

I also have a background in technology procurement and have recruited quite a few people in tech procurement roles.

To be honest, I've never struggled to source procurement talent locally so the reality of the situation may be that you will struggle to find a company willing to sponsor you as they can find qualified people locally.

Have you considered working for an Indian based company that also has a presence in Australia. Though it will take longer, this may open opportunities for an internal move.

Alternatively, if you wish to continue focusing on your current profession, I fear the independent visa path (without a sponsor) may be your most realistic option though you'll need many points to receive an invite. (Have you taken a points test? https://gettingdownunder.com/australian-migration-points-calculator/ )

I'm sorry that my response isn't particularly positive, however, I'd much rather give you a realistic view on your chances rather than say your chances are high just for the sake of it.

Best wishes

Mark

Good Afternoon to you Sir And Thank you for your Fast Response

I agree with you that it is not going to be easy for me to find a sponsorship visa with my Procurement experience. But i request if you can suggest me any option that can at least Increase my chances of landing a sponsorship Visa

My other work experience is into sales and Business Development -Into Fund raising via Debt/Equity route for real Estate and Health care sector..Can this help me for a work visa?

yes i tired out on the points it is around 50 to  60 - Which i think is not very favourable

Now i also have a other thing to Discuss

My Current Martial Status is Separated (Not yet Divorced)and My Partner who lives in Australia is a Single Mom (Daughter is a Australian Citizen) My partner is on a work visa and have applied for her PR

We are in serious relationship since last 6 months and we have met a few times outside Australia,We want to settle in Australia

We want to settle soon together once she gets her PR..What kind of visa i can be eligible in case my partner gets her PR soon

what is the procedure for it?

I honestly do not want to depend on this option and Want to make it on my own,But if that is the best option then what are the opportunities?

 Please advise

Deepak Singh
