  1. I don't agree with answer number 4. When they say "we MUST see every cyclist on the ride wearing one", the modal verb "MUST" could be also interpreted as PROBABILITY, not necessarily OBLIGATION. In other words, it could also mean "we WILL PROBABLY see every cyclist on the ride wearing one" (because they said before that they are seeing an increasing number in the use of helmet every year).
    In this case, the answer should be FALSE.
