I took ielts 3 time but in writing i always got 5.5 band
I took IELTS exam 1.5 years ago. I went in without preparation, with confidence that I would score well in writing because I had been a student (IT student that had nothing to do with English!) for 2 years prior to taking the exam. I received 6.5 in writing and 8+ in the rest. As I am preparing to retake the IELTS exam, I realized how poor my English writing had been. I am now preparing for the exam with a focus on vocabulary and lexical resources that would enable me to write a more native and academic sounding essays. hey, I have attempted IELTS (General) twice …. L,R,S,W – 7.5, 7.5 , 7, 6.5 overall: 7.5 (1st attempt, october2018)
and 9, 9, 7, 6.5 overall: 8 (dec 2018).
I have also applied enquiry on a result for the 2nd attempt but scores remained unchanged.
now I am planning to attempt in April. Hope your tips would aid in achieving 7 in writing this time
